Mercedes GT AMG

Mercedes has just published two pics about the interior of the Mercedes GT AMG, that will be shown in the autumn of 2014.
Mercedes announces that GT AMG will embody the perfect spirit of Grand Touring Sports Cars and tries to underline two particular aspects of this car:
- It's the second sports car developed fully independently by Mercedes-AMG.
- It will create a new point of reference in terms of driving dynamics, agility and sportiness in Mercedes.

Mercedes says: " The interior design embodies emotion and sensuality like no other sports car " and I couldn't agree more!
When I've seen those images for the first time, my first words were: " Wow " and " Wow " and again " Wow "; It's amazing to me, it seems like a race car in formal dress. Fantastic, really!
The stylistic theme is the aviation style and all is designed to please the driver: low seat position, enveloping center console and the dashboard places an extreme emphasis on width.
Mercedes has also carried to the extreme the attention to details and an example might be the form of the controls placed on the AMG DRIVE UNIT that are arranged like eight cylinders in a V layout.
8 buttons for 8 cylinders.
